  Kim was the loveliest guy: cheerful, efficient, and spot-on. I dreaded coming to find a mattress because of the wealth of options, and was concerned about what we’d do if we received a bed and hated it. Kim assuaged our fears and, after showing us just a few options, knew exactly what would suit us both. He then found us a perfect-feeling, perfectly-priced bed; set up our delivery; and guaranteed an exchange if we were in any way dissatisfied. Plus, he was an absolute delight to work with, generally. Will be recommending him to all my friends and family!

  We had a great experience at this Mattress Firm with customer service rep, Kem. We needed three different mattresses and he was incredibly patient and helpful. One we wanted to be a little higher end for our everyday use, but the other two we really needed to be cheap and he led us in the right direction for all of them. Wasn't pushy at all and understood that we really didn't need anything fancy for the one that would get used twice a year. Delivery was on-time and very efficient. I would definitely go back to this location and highly recommend!
